"Sold Out". Will you be restocking it?
[A]: Our most popular items sell out very quickly; and although we
cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out it will be restocked, we do often
restock old favorites. If you would like to be notified once the product
becomes available again, add your email address to the "sign up" box
at the top of the site.
[Q]: What forms of payment do you accept?
[A]: All payments are processed using PayPal. If you do not have a
PayPal account, don’t fret! You can sign in as a GUEST USER on the PayPal
payment page and continue with your secure payment.
[Q]: Can I modify or cancel my order?
[A]: We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and
accurately as possible, so we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your
order after you have placed it.
[Q]: How do I check the status of my order?
[A]: Confirmations are sent via email automatically once an order and payment are received.
[Q]: How long does it take to receive a pre order?
[A]: Pre-orders ship within 2-4 weeks of your purchase.
[Q]: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
[A]: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email
notification confirming your shipment. The email will provide you with the USPS
tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the
tracking number here.
